bio
Anthony R. Sciullo received an MFA in Dramatic Writing from
Carnegie Mellon University in 2002 and was awarded a Shubert
Playwriting Scholarship. His screenplay, Third Sight,
received a 2002 Sloan Foundation Screen Writing Fellowship and
was also a semi-finalist for the 2003 Chesterfield Writers Project.
He received a Tennessee Williams Scholarship in Playwriting
for the 2005 Sewanee Writers' Conference.
Prior to graduate school, Anthony was a board member of Tale
Spinners Theater and a member of their Oral History Playwrights
Project, researching and developing plays based on oral history.
His plays Homework, Candlestick Tales (in
collaboration with the OHPP) and Red Harvest were produced
by Tale Spinners in San Francisco.
